Jet's Pizza was born from a simple dream: to create deep-dish pizza that actually makes people stop mid-bite and smile. In 2008, founder Marcus "Jet" Reilly started slinging pies from a tiny shop with one oven, six stools, and a whole lot of ambition in Tempe, Arizona.

What began as a neighborhood secret quickly grew into a full-on obsession. Word spread fast. Lines formed before we even opened. And before we knew it, we were the go-to spot for anyone who believed pizza should be thick, saucy, loaded, and absolutely unapologetic.

Today, Jet's Pizza is a Tempe institution — but we haven't changed what matters. The same handcrafted dough recipe. The same locally-sourced toppings. The same commitment to making every single pizza like it's going to your own table.

From a single oven to a beloved Tempe institution — here's how we got here.

2008

The First Oven

Marcus "Jet" Reilly opens a tiny 400 sq ft pizza shop in Tempe with one commercial oven and a hand-written menu. The line wraps around the block on day one.

2011

First Expansion

After winning "Best Pizza in Tempe" three years running, we moved to our current 1835 E Guadalupe Rd location — tripling capacity and adding our signature deep-dish bar.

2014

Going Local

We launched our Arizona Growers Partnership, sourcing 80% of our produce from local farms. Our farm-fresh toppings program became a cornerstone of our identity.

2017

The Digital Shift

We launched online ordering and our loyalty rewards program, making it easier than ever for guests to get their favorite Jet's pizza fix — wherever they are.

2021

Surviving & Thriving

Through global challenges, we pivoted to contactless delivery and curbside pickup — and served more pizzas than ever before, keeping our community fed and connected.
