Class Action Waiver: YOU AND JET'S PIZZA AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If a court finds this class action waiver unenforceable with respect to a particular claim, that claim shall be severed from arbitration and may proceed in court, while all other claims remain subject to arbitration.

Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us in writing within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your opt-out notice must be sent to [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
